When you complete a form on our Website – although in this case, it is only used for the purposes of responding to your enquiry and is not stored for marketing purposes or passed on to any 3rd parties

Downloads
Any files that we provide as downloads on this website are provided to users at their own risk. Whilst we take every precaution that they are protected, we suggest that you use anti-virus software to protect your systems. We do not accept any responsibility for third party downloads or links to other websites either directly or via shortened URLs.

How do we use your personal data?

Who do we share your personal data with?
Teknik Office Ltd will not pass your data to any third parties, except where required to in order to fulfil our contracts with you, for example, delivery of goods via parcel carriers or delivery network operators to you or your customer (where we carry this out on your behalf)
We ensure that these third parties provide the same level of protection as Teknik Office Ltd. These third parties only have access to your personal information for the purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf and we will ensure that they meet the same obligations in relation to the confidentiality, security, and lawful processing of any personal data shared with them

We will retain a record of your personal information, we do this in order to provide you with the highest quality and consistent service we can

We will always retain your personal information in accordance with law and current legislation and do not retain your information for longer than is necessary
Where you have consented to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe or opt out link that will be included in electronic marketing communications, you may also request at any time that we remove your data from our records by contacting us at data@teknikoffice.co.uk

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from being breached or lost.  We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach.  We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so and within the timeframes laid out by the GDPR.

You have the right to have data rectified
We will always aim to maintain  your personal data to ensure it is  accurate, complete and up to date.  If you believe there are mistakes, errors or omissions, please contact us using the details below to let us know if any of your personal data is not accurate or requires amendment
You have the right to have your data deleted
